Ross Family Fun

Hello family!

Some of this might be really old news to some of you but I thought I would share some of what is new for us in this last little while. It has taken me a long time to finally work up the energy to blog but I figured I better write something before the baby comes and I get all distracted. :)

This is our awesome new comforter/pillow set that we bought at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was on sale, plus I had a coupon, plus we still had wedding gift cards! Yay! We love it and we made sure to get a king size so we can use it in our future.

Below is the picture of my first home made pie crust. It turned out pretty great!

I have been blessed to have 4 baby showers and they have been a blast. A special thanks to Mom, Sydney and Kathy for all of their support. The baby has been spoiled like crazy and I am sure it is bound to continue when she is born! She is going to be one styling little beauty. :)

(Left diaper cake made by mom, right one a present from Justine, and fruit tray by Sydney)

I was really really excited to put up my Easter decorations! Its good to have holidays that help us to focus on the Savior :)

Here are the baby mommas posing with our new baby bags. We both got exactly what we wanted :)

Easter was lots of fun spent with family. These are the eggs I decorated at the Ross house. We also enjoyed Easter baskets, yummy dinner with the Bailey clan, our traditional blindfolded egg hunt and Easter devotional. I led Kathy in the egg hunt and she was pretty terrified. Jordan led Tyler and made him work hard to get his eggs. ha

I have made it to 38 weeks! So crazy how fast the pregnancy has gone but this last month has my body feeling all worn out so it will be nice to finally have this little bundle out and in my arms. I'm sure I'll be just as tired, if not more, but at least I will be able to see what I am working so hard for instead of just a blob in my belly. We are so very excited to see our little girl!!!

Jordan and I celebrated our one year anniversary of getting engaged. We plan to celebrate each year with a McDonald's breakfast, just like we had April 16th 2011 :) Fun to reminisce!

Last picture of us being pregnant together. Justine's c-section is scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30. We're so excited for the Holman's and praying things go well.

We got our room at the Bailey residence straightened and ready for our arrival. I'm sure it will take us a bit to get situated but we are very grateful for their willingness to have us in their home. We will miss Logan but we look forward to our move. Jordan had an interview for a job in Draper. We should get the final decision in the next few days. The Lord is surely blessing us. Jordan had a blast at SLCC's prospect camp. He loved playing in the gym and getting to play with other talented ball players. What a fun opportunity! Jordan has his finals next week so keep him in your prayers. I'm just playing the waiting game, going to class and working until the pain commences!

Congrats to Sydney on graduating! The announcement looks great.
Glad the Findley's continue to beat each tornado. Keep being safe!

Love you all!!!!!!!!!

Green Goers

Well, we just keep go, go, going! We are both doing well and actually have some updates to report :) Bryce finished another motorcycle paint job. This one was for his sister Melanie:

He's also just finished painting our bed frame and is in the process of moving it into our room as I blog :) I'll post pictures of that beauty when it's all put back together.

We took our trip to Cali over Spring Break.. It was not what I was expecting but a great learning experience. We now know we cannot even get pre-approved for a loan until we both have jobs in California and can show exactly what we'll be making each month. Depending on the job I get, will greatly change our income and therefore our loan approval amount. Which means we won't know what price house we can afford until all of that is said and done. So basically now we're playing the waiting game to see what job I can get.

On the bright side of things. I am really proud of myself for driving ten hours straight. Bryce drove there and I drove back :)

Lastly, we're getting really close to the end of the semester which means I am getting really close to graduating!!! Bryce is probably just as pumped if not more than I am so it has been really fun preparing to send out graduation announcements and all that fun stuff. You will each be getting one in the mail soon :) Here is Bryce's favorite picture that we're not putting in the announcements:

That's what's new with us. We hope Matt had a great birthday and that all is well and safe in Oklahoma. Love you all!
